Ride Issue
How do I request a ride?
Open the Arigo Rides app, set your pickup and destination, choose a ride category, then tap Request Ride. The app will match you with the nearest available driver.
How is my fare calculated?
Your fare is calculated on the server using base fare, distance, estimated time, booking and service fees, any applicable surge, and promotions. You always see the estimate before you confirm.
Why did my fare change?
Adding stops, changing your destination or extended waiting can change the final fare. The backend recalculates using live route data.
Payment & Wallet
How do I pay for a ride?
You can pay with cash, a saved card, or your Arigo wallet. Choose your preferred method on the ride options screen.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet. Card refunds can take 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
Account
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Use Forgot Password to reset your password, or contact support if your account has been locked after several failed attempts.
Safety
How do I use the Safety Centre?
During a ride, open the Safety Centre to share your trip, reach your emergency contacts, or trigger an SOS alert to Arigo operations.
Driver Support
How do driver payouts work?
Completed trip earnings become available in your driver wallet. You can request a payout to your registered bank account once you are above the minimum payout amount.
Lost Item
I left an item in a vehicle. What now?
Open the ride from your ride history and tap Report Lost Item. We will connect you with your driver to arrange a return.
