This Privacy Policy explains what information Arigo Rides collects, why we collect it, how it is used, when it may be shared, and how users can manage or delete their information.

3. Location Information

Location is required for important Arigo Rides functions.

Passengers may provide location information to find pickup locations, search for destinations, find nearby drivers, receive route information and track active rides.

Drivers may provide location information to appear as available, receive nearby ride requests, provide accurate pickup information and allow passengers to track the driver during an active trip.

Background Location

Where background location is enabled for driver functionality, Arigo Rides may collect the driver's location when the application is not visible in order to maintain active driver trip tracking and update the driver's position during an active ride.

Background location is not used for advertising.

Google Play requires background-location use to be limited to an important core feature and requires an appropriate prominent disclosure and consent before the relevant permission is requested.

4. Photos, Camera and Documents

When a user chooses to provide a photograph or document, Arigo Rides may process it for features such as:

• Profile photographs
• Driver verification
• Licence verification
• Vehicle verification
• Vehicle photographs
• Other required verification information

We do not access users' photos for unrelated purposes.

5. Sharing Information

Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the service.

For example, during a ride, passengers may receive relevant driver information such as the driver's name, photograph, vehicle information, location and estimated arrival.

Drivers may receive information necessary to fulfil a passenger's ride request, including relevant pickup, destination and ride information.

We may also use service providers for necessary services such as:

• Maps and routing
• Real-time communications
• Push notifications
• Email delivery
• Payment processing where applicable
• Hosting and technical infrastructure

We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, resolve disputes, or protect our rights.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including authentication controls, protected passwords, access controls, secure server communication and restricted administrative access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, maintain legitimate business records, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible, subject to legitimate retention requirements.

8. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Arigo Rides account.

When an account deletion request is completed, associated personal information will be deleted, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain, such as certain security, fraud-prevention, financial, dispute or legal records.

Because Google Play requires apps that create accounts to provide an accessible deletion method inside the app and through an external web resource, Arigo Rides must provide both before publishing this policy as its final Play Store implementation.

9. Children's Privacy

Arigo Rides is a ride-hailing service and is not intended for children to independently create or operate accounts.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request to:

• Delete your information
• Ask how your information is used
• Withdraw applicable permissions
